I have lived in Davidson County nearly all of my life. I am a wife, mother and Gigi to wonderful grandchildren. I started in real estate after a 20 year career of working in medical records. My mentor, Brian Sprinkle, has helped to guide me along the way. Brian and I started KB Realty because we wanted to create a positive work environment for other agents with our same goals. Brian Sprinkle is a highly experienced real estate broker with more than 30 years in the industry and over four decades in sales. Throughout his career, he has helped hundreds of clients achieve their goal of homeownership, earning a reputation as a consistent multi-million dollar producer and receiving five-star reviews for his service and results.

A graduate of North Davidson Senior High School who also attended Forsyth Technical Community College, Brian has deep roots in the area and a strong connection to the communities he serves. He and his family reside in Welcome, in Northern Davidson County, where he continues to provide trusted guidance backed by local knowledge and decades of experience.

Brian’s career includes leadership roles at some of the region’s most respected firms, including Prudential Carolinas Realty and Robertson Realty in Winston-Salem. He has served as Broker-in-Charge at both Robertson Realty and RE/MAX Unlimited, and in 2015, he launched his own firm, later affiliating as a RE/MAX franchise. During his time with RE/MAX, Brian was honored with the 100% Club Award for three consecutive years. He has also contributed to the profession by serving as a Director on the Lexington Board of REALTORS®.

Beyond real estate, Brian is deeply committed to giving back—especially to children in need. He and his wife, Julie, have served as foster parents through Crossnore in Winston-Salem and have organized charitable events supporting children facing autism, behavioral challenges, and other special needs.

Brian has been married to his wife, Julie, for many years, and together they have two sons, Christopher and Anthony. Their home is also shared with their beloved pets, Stella, a poodle, and Isabella, a calico cat.

As a North Carolina native and a seasoned real estate professional, Brandon recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him, and strives every day to exceed their expectations. Brandon has been in real estate in one capacity or another for over 13 years. Before becoming a real estate agent Brandon bought and improved homes giving him a unique aspect of what buyers want to and how much improvements cost. Brandon was born and raised in the Triad area giving him knowledge of the area. Brandon has sold homes in all price ranges from starter homes and high-dollar estate properties, vacant land, and investment properties.
